Demac Homes constructs 100 – 120 homes to builder’s specifications annually. Each residence is constructed as a completed turn-key package which includes all internal and external fittings and finishes.

All houses are constructed in compliance with the building codes of Australia and approved by the relevant local authority. Each house constructed by Demac Homes is independently inspected by A1 Quality Control, Geoff Schmidt, phone 0407 730 253 to ensure the highest standard of finish is maintained.

Demac Homes is the holder of Queensland Building Services Authority Builder-Open licence number 21425.
