Quality Control

We employ licensed subcontractors only who produce quality workmanship. Some of these tradespeople have worked for Demac Homes since 1988.

Each house constructed by Demac Homes is independently inspected by A1 Quality Control, Geoff Schmidt, phone 0407 730 253 to ensure the highest standard of finish is maintained. Any defects identified are rectified prior to handover.

Warranty and Insurance:

Six month maintenance period

Six year structural warranty guaranteed by the Queensland Building Services Authority.

Builders all-risk insurance (insures home during construction)
