The Qld Building Boost is assisting families, investors and first home buyers to purchase new property packages - you may consider a new home, villa or duplex or an investment property and anyone who is considering building should do so NOW to take advantage of the Government Grants currently on offer.

The Qld Building Boost Grant is a $10,000 rebate for an individual or company who enters into a contract to build or buy a new house and land in Queensland for a value of less than $600,000 for property packages. YES – you can buy several houses with land for sale and receive the grant for each of these property packages.  The Qld Building Boost Grant is available from 1 August 2011 to 31 January 2012. You must enter into a contract to buy or build a new house and land in Queensland before the 31 January 2012.
