Brisbane Land Marketing purchases large parcels of land and retains town planners, civil engineers, water management consultants, landscape architects and civil contractors to subdivide the land to meet Local Government specifications and guidelines and Australian standards. Once the civil works are completed the as-constructed plans are lodged with Council for sealing.
These sealed plans are then submitted to the Titles Office for registration. Once registration is complete settlement of the land sale takes place.
Brisbane Land Marketing employs five permanent staff based at 10 Vanessa Boulevard, Springwood including a draftsman-estimator, public relations officer and bookkeeper.
